Free Yard Relief
From an overgrown lot to a yard someone can stand in again
This is exactly how a free relief yard runs, start to finish. Published homeowner stories appear here as soon as each family approves their photos and their words.
Step 1
Someone makes the call
A neighbor, a family member, a case worker or a code officer tells us a yard has gotten past what the homeowner can handle. Nobody has to prove hardship in writing to be heard.
Step 2
We walk the property
A crew lead visits, photographs the hazards, and writes down what it will actually take: growth height, brush volume, access, and anything unsafe near the doors or walkways.
Step 3
The yard gets scheduled
The work goes on a real crew calendar with a date, not a waiting list. If a code citation has a deadline, that deadline sets the date.
Step 4
Crew day
Overgrowth is cut back, brush and debris are hauled off, walkways and entries are cleared, and the yard is edged and blown clean before anyone leaves.
Step 5
The yard stays that way
We photograph the finished property, close out any citation with documentation, and set a return cadence when the homeowner cannot keep up on their own.
Step 6
Zero dollars change hands
The homeowner pays nothing and no taxpayer money is involved. The cost is carried by our paid landscaping and grounds contracts.
We publish a family's story only with their permission
Every relief yard is photographed before and after for the case file. A story reaches this page only after the homeowner reads it and says yes, because dignity comes before marketing.
