Only to schedule and deliver services, follow up about your request, coordinate volunteers, and report aggregate, de-identified impact numbers to funders and the public.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Beneficiary stories and photos are published only with explicit permission, and you may decline and still receive service.
Access is limited to authorized Yard Reboot staff and crew leads. Records are stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security, and photos live in a private, non-public storage bucket.
You may ask us to correct or delete your records at any time by emailing psedillo@yardreboot.org. Volunteers can update or withdraw details from the private link in their confirmation email.
