The mission bridge

Market rate contracts pay for free yard relief

Yard Reboot Project runs a dual engine model. Commercial grounds contracts and paid residential work cross subsidize 100% free yard abatements for vulnerable homeowners facing municipal citations: low income seniors, disabled veterans, and neighbors with health or mobility limits. Every partner hour on a paid job funds an hour of relief.

Restoring Yards. Reviving Communities. Renewing Hope.

Partner FAQ

What insurance do you require?

Current general liability with a $1,000,000 per occurrence limit, Yard Reboot Project, Inc. named as additional insured, plus business auto coverage for any vehicle used on our sites. Tree care and equipment operators may be asked for higher limits on specific work orders. Every requirement is stated in the work order and must be supported by the actual policy endorsement.

How fast do you pay?

Invoices are released once your closeout packet is accepted, which is usually within two business days of photo verification. Standard terms are net 15 from acceptance unless the work order states otherwise.

Does Texas require workers compensation?

Texas does not require most private employers to carry workers compensation, but our insurance program and specific work orders may require it or an approved alternative. You will use the arrangement required by law and our program, and execute any applicable Texas statutory agreement or filing. Contract labels alone do not determine worker status or coverage.

What happens if the scope changes on site?

Stop, document with photos, and submit a change order describing the concealed condition, safety hazard or code requirement along with cost and schedule impact. No changed or extra billable work should proceed until we approve it in writing, except immediate action reasonably necessary to protect people or property, which must be reported promptly.

Are these subsidized jobs paid at market rate?

Yes. Our commercial and residential grounds contracts fund the free relief work. You are paid the agreed rate on the work order whether the property is a paying client or a fully subsidized relief case.

Partner agreement templates are under review by Texas counsel and our insurance broker. Final terms are those stated in your executed Master Subcontractor Agreement and each written work order.
