Every hire on our team supports paid routes Monday through Thursday and free property rescues for low income seniors, veterans, and homebound neighbors on Fridays.
The split week
Schedules vary by role. Most positions run Monday through Thursday paid routes with Friday community relief.
About the role
<p>We keep a live bench of talented Austin neighbors so we can hire quickly when routes grow. - Landscaping, horticulture, irrigation, media production, or nonprofit experience
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Veteran or second chance background

- Varies by role. Field positions require lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in Texas heat.
